Depending on the size of your purchase, your artwork will be rolled and packaged in a tough cardboard tube or triangle, or a strong card envelope for smaller items. Please remove your purchase from the packaging very carefully so as not to cause any damage.
Original Artwork – will arrive with stretching tape still attached, (as shown in image), as this will give the framer an extra margin to help preserve all of the image when framing. The tape will not show once framed. Your painting is usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. I will let you know as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Prints – are printed to order so will take a little longer to dispatch. Generally within 7-10 working days.

UK Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a signature, which takes 2-3 working days once dispatched.
UK Large Letter: Royal Mail 1st Class.
Internationally Tracked & Signed Europe : 3-5 working days once dispatched.
Internationally Tracked & Signed Rest Of World: 6-7 working days once dispatched.
Please note I ship from the UK so delivery times to other countries may vary.
For customers living outside the UK, I would like to make you aware that you may have to pay customs fees or import taxes to accept an item, depending on the import regulations of your country. Unfortunately, this cost is the responsibility of the customer, and it’s not something I can not control.
Postal Addresses:
Please check you have filled in your address correctly before ordering. If your order doesn’t arrive due to the address being incorrect or incomplete, unfortunately, I will not be unable to offer a refund or to re-post your order without a charge.
I want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me if you wish to process a return.
A full refund, (excluding the original delivery cost), will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. I will only accept returns by recorded delivery or signed and tracked postage from the UK and abroad. A refund will be processed once an item has been returned and received.
